Doctors Hospital partners with Pak National Pharmacy to supply patients with their medication needs. The pharmacy within Doctors Hospital is open 24 hours a day 7 days a week.  It is located on the first floor near the Emergency ward. The pharmacy keeps in stock close to 8000 brand name and generic medications that can be administered intravenously or orally.

In addition to the main pharmacy there are numerous satellite pharmacies within Doctors Hospital that serve the Intensive Care Units and the Cancer Center. Chemotherapy drugs for the cancer center are stored in pharmaceutical grade refrigerators. The pharmacists at Doctors Hospital conduct checks and balances on the recommended dosages on medications prescribed by the doctors to ensure safety and quality.

An e-prescription system similar to systems used at an international level will be launching soon in 2016. For out of town patients home delivery services are available through a partnership with TCS for next day delivery.
